Welcome to the Physical Education Department

Mr. Joseph

Physical Education
Department Chair

Welcome to the Physical Education Department at Benet Academy.

Our goal is to provide each student with a variety of activities that help enhance physical well being. Our activities include team sports, individual sports, fitness concepts, health, CPR, and much more.  We recognize the academic drive of our student body and teach our students about the need for balance in life, one of the hallmarks of Benedictine values.   P.E. provides one of the ways students achieve such "balance" in offsetting the mental demands of an academic workload.

Our teachers use cutting edge technology and equipment to enhance the goals set by our students. Our program provides freshmen, sophomores, and seniors a semester long course that meets daily.

For more information about our department members, view their profiles by clicking on their names below.  We also maintain a departmental web page where you can get more information about our program.

I welcome your questions at any time. Thank you for your interest in Benet's Physical Education program.
