Misericordia

Overview:

Misericordia Home, located in Chicago, is a residential facility serving over 450 children and adults with mental and physical disabilities.  Resembling a college campus, Misericordia Home is divided into 6 different residential areas depending on the resident's age and needs.

While volunteering at Misericordia in the past, Benet students have participated in a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, games and other physical recreation.  We directly interact with the residents, who have varying levels of mental and physical disability.

The date of the next trip to Misericordia will be announced soon
