Stop by on Thursday & Friday during homeroom for a Read In; students who are willing, will be filmed reading from banned books.

Register for The March for Life now on the Diocese of Joliet's website to reserve your spot for this January's March in Washington D.C. Benet applications are available at the bulletin board in St. Joseph's hall.

October 2ndis "Wear a Flower to School Day" in honor of the Feast Day of St. Therese, the Little Flower. Pray with St. Therese that day by Packing the Chapel at7:10 a.m.Mass or in homeroom or study halls throughout the day.

Startingnext Thursday,SALT will be holding a brief prayer service for loved oneswho have died. There will be two sessions--one at the beginning of 5th period (Period E) and one at the beginning of the 6th period (Period F). It will take place in the retreat room on the 4th floor of Joseph's Hall. Students may bring their lunch.Everyone at Benet is invited. Then you should attend the "How to Prepare for Your College Interview" session that will be held THIS Friday during your homeroom. The St. Daniel the Prophet Knights of Columbus Council in Wheaton is sponsoring a Tootsie Roll Drive this weekend to benefit individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Knightscould still use some volunteers to staff 2-hour long shifts onSaturday, September 21stat such locations as the Dominick's store at Danada and Butterfield and the Walgreens at Naperville and West Loop Road. NHS hours are available. Come to the C.C.C. on Wednesday, September 18th, during homeroom for an information session. Please check in with your homeroom teacher before coming to the C.C.C.

NHS Members
Peer tutors are currently needed during Period F to tutor twice a week during homeroom. Sign up outside of Mrs. Eckert’s office. Freshmen and Sophomores can tutor as well if they have a study hall.
