Benet's Counseling Department recommends the May 7 or June 4, 2011 test date for juniors.
- Juniors will receive information about the SAT in November.
- You can register online at any time by going to the Collegeboard's web site.
- Some selective colleges require or recommend taking SAT Subject Tests in addition to taking the SAT Reasoning Test. Check with the individual school for details.
- Students typically take the SAT Subject Tests in June of their Junior year or the fall of their Senior year or in June of the year in which they complete the subject (e.g., wish to take Chemistry SAT Subject Test, completed Chemistry sophomore year, will take Chemistry SAT Subject Test in June of Sophomore year).
