Below is a summary of the items needed for new student enrollment.

Mail forms to Benet Academy 2200 Maple Avenue  Lisle, IL 60532 to the attention of the department indicated below:

1. Attend Welcome to Benet Program in February - check admissions calendar for updated details
2. Complete the forms in the Acceptance Notification Package
   • By March 15 Attn: Business Office  
     • Tuition payment plan schedule and deposit
     • Letter of Intent to attend Benet Academy (confirmation form)
     • Study hall/homeroom/elective option
   • By April 1 Attn: Business Office
     • Freshman summer school computer literacy course registration
     • Internet Permission Form
     • Copy of Birth Certificate
   • By August 1
     • Nurse's emergency forms (available online starting June 8) www.Benet.org
     • Freshman physical form Attn: Nurse Schaffer
3. Attend uniform fitting in March - check admissions calendar for updated details
