This is a requirement of all band students. All games will count as performance grades. If there are any dates you cannot attend, you must find someone to sub for you, and you must make up the missed game. Please fill out and sign the substitution form with your sub and turn it in to Mr. Alifantis at least twenty-four hours in advance. Rehearsal for all games BEGINS at 6:00pm in the Rehearsal Room. If you miss a rehearsal or are late to the call-time without first clearing it with Mr. Alifantis you forfeit your break during the game. We will use the same flip-folders and system used during Marching Season. A master set of folders will be used. You are responsible for checking one out and turning it back in. Uniforms will be nice jeans and the Benet Academy Bands red polo. Hats are allowed only if they are Benet Academy hats.
Substitution Policy If you cannot make it to one of your scheduled game, you must follow the following procedure: 1. Find a player of the same instrument in the other basketball band who is willing to sub for you. 2. Agree on a make-up date during which you will take their spot for one of their games. 3. Fill out the sub form with the necessary information, including your signature and the signature of your sub. 4. Turn in the sub form to Mr. Alifantis 24 hours in advance.
