Sports Physicals
Students engaging in interscholastic sports are required to have a Health Examination prior to THE START of practice for that sport.
The 9th Grade Physical will be accepted as proof of a Health Examination for sports in the 9th grade year only

Sports Physical Examinations are valid for one (1) year.
