Transfer-In Students
Illinois transfer:
The 9th grade physical examination with all immunizations listed is acceptable.
Out of state transfer:
Out of state transfer students, at any grade level, are required to submit a physical examination completed within one year prior to the enrolling date.
A grace period of 30 days from the enrollment date is allowed transfer students to provide the school with a current physical on a State of IL approved form.
