Siblings, Elisa Maguigad '14 and Noah Maguigad '19 walked approximately 100 miles from O Cebreiro to Santiago de Compostela over the course of 7 days on the French Way. Santiago de Compostela is where tradition holds that the remains of St. James the Greater - brother of St. John the Evangelist, missionary to the Iberian Peninsula, and first apostle crowned with martyrdom - are buried.  It is one of the great Christian pilgrimage sites along with Jerusalem and Rome.They unexpectedly ended up at a Benedictine monastery (El Monasterio de San Xulián de Samos) on the feast of St. Benedict (7/11)!
